Is a private company in the modern information technology in the province of Basra, the company operates under the name of the Office of the spring of 2003 to 2012, we have established a company Al-tala.

The company has processing state-owned companies and foreign companies with computers, scanners, printers, and many modern devices with respect to measurement techniques of oil and gas in terms of force and area.
The company has processing group of oil companies including :-
- SOC.
- South Refineries Company.
- South Gas Company.
- Oil Tanker Company.
- Oil Products Distribution Company.
- The company has some processing laboratories of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals:
- Petrochemical plant
- Fertilizer plant
- Iron and steel plant government and private education.
- The company has also equipped the Directorate of Iraqi ports .
